Out of necessity, Joe hired his first virtual assistant while building a startup e-commerce business. Running multiple companies while maintaining work-life balance seemed impossible until he discovered the potential of virtual assistants.
Like many entrepreneurs, it felt easier to just do it himself. But he persisted. His sixth hire was a rockstar who helped Joe understand how to find the right talent, manage effectively, and build high-performing VA teams.
Years and multiple companies later, one of his internal VAs suggested he build a virtual assistant company. Level 9 Virtual was born, and it is now run by a team of virtual talent enhanced with AI and tech expertise.
