Short answer
Time Etc sells dedicated US-based virtual assistant support in monthly hour bundles from $390 (10 hours) to $2,160 (60 hours). It fits professionals who want flexible US hours with rollover on larger plans and a Client Happiness manager. It is a weaker fit if you need 160 hours/month at offshore pricing or an included AI operating system.
Honest assessment
Time Etc's model is simple: buy a block of hours, get a dedicated US assistant, track time to the second, and roll unused hours on the 20-hour plan and above (pricing cards). You can review profiles and speak with an assistant before deciding, change assistants free of charge, and share or add assistants without extra fees per marketing. There is no setup fee.
That flexibility is the product. The cost of US hours is also the product. At $36 to $39/hour stated on the pricing page, a 40-hour block ($1,480) sits near Level 9's full-time Dedicated VA sticker ($1,950) while delivering half the weekly hours of a 40 hrs/week seat. Marketing says cancel anytime with no notice period; Time Etc Terms discuss notice of not less than one full monthly billing period. Read both. Independent Trustpilot scores were not re-verified live on October 6, 2026; on-site testimonials are strongly positive (first-party).
